Cover Story -- whooo-hooo!

It's official, the September issue of SAIL is on the news stands and I have a feature story about living aboard a boat. In fact, it's a cover story and my son if over the moon that his photo (with our living space in "reality mode" ie messy!) is on the cover (it's a smaller photo inset to the larger cover shot).

Did that make ANY sense? Anyhow, I am also excited about the fact that the editor of the magazine tied his monthly essay to my article!

I has no idea it was there until I saw it on the news stand. I jst handed in my story, the rest was a surprise.

Congratulations! Loved the article It resonates well with me. My dad and stepmum live on a motor boat (complete with geriatric dog ;>) and their life is great. Such a sense of community at the marina, as you said.
