My DD is only 17 months, but I read here for ideas for when she gets older.

There are often suggestions like eliminating Red #40, feeding children high-protein breakfasts, eliminating gluten, etc. While I don't doubt these can help prevent some tantrums- red dye makes me more irritable, I'd like to see some studies for this information. Anybody have any links or any other diet/lifestyle advice?
