Question about fitteds

I just started cding DS and we are using a diaper service for now mainly because I want to slowly build up a stash, but we are using fitteds for now and i was wondering how absorbant are they supposed to be? He pees in them and right away it soaks through, should it be like that? What brands do you all use?

I like Tiny Tush, Sugar Peas and some homemade snappiable fitteds I made. I prefer hemp or bamboo because in general, I think they are more absorbant than cotton (at least for us). I like Thirsties fab fitteds for my nb because I change him so often (he's 2 wks), but I don't think they would hold near enough for my 2 yo ds. I've heard good things about Crickett's but haven't tried them.

What kind are you using?

I'm not too sure what kind they are.I know they're made out of organic bamboo but there's no name brand on them or anything

you can boost your fitteds with a doubler

a good cover and a doubler should help.
