I can't believe it was a month ago today that I was basking in the newness of my baby! He is getting so big so fast. Just this past week he has started flashing me smiles and a letting out a few giggles. It's hard to believe that soon enough he'll be motoring around the house.
I am pleasantly surprised at how well our family is adjusting to having a new lo. It really helps that Mica is so layed back and easy going. I think it also helps that as a second time mom I am much more confident and at ease than I was the first time around. My husband also just got a promotion and raise at work and we've moved from barely scraping by to actually having extra money! It couldn't have happened at a better time for us.

: Glad to hear you and your family are doing well. My DS will be 6 weeks old tomorrow and I have to marvel that that much time has already passed.
