MIL gift?

I'm trying to come up with a gift idea for my MIL.She is particularly unimpressed by most everything including me so it's a bit tricky. She started knitting a few years ago but I'm not sure if she's still doing it.But in the past I put together an assortment of yarn for her to try out.I got her a project bag and a subscription to a knitting magazine. So I think I've "done"the knitting present.

I have given her a lap blanket(not made by me)hand made pillows, framed pics, calendars with pics of my girl, homemade lemon vodka, handmade placemats and pot holder....

She is very social but doesn't have a lot of interests. She likes to play cards.

ANY ideas would be welcome.

I can do a lot crafts but not knitting or crochet.

Thanks for any help!

Giftcard for her to have lunch out.

Hand made thank you cards - you mentioned she was social, so I figured she might need these.

Does she have any vices - like favorite chocolate, coffee, soda? Some of this as a gift might be nice too.

Does she have friends over to play cards? Maybe a basket of fancy things to serve... Card themed coasters?

Jewelry? My MIL seemed to appreciate jewelry and there are so many pretty beads and such.

I like the handmade card idea but I don't know if she sends thank you cards(I have never received one)and I don't want her to think I'm implying anything.

The only thing that I can think of that she really likes is icecream.Hmmm?I'll have to think about that.Is there any sort of handmade gift there?

Lovely idea but beads are not her style. She wears a bit of jewelery but it's all gold.
