I think my baby is a dog whisperer

It's really interesting to watch. Ive noticed that dogs that are hyper and crazy around others, calm down around dd. She has a very calm demeanor around dogs, ignores them when they start acting up, and also tells them who is boss in her own 17 month old way. Maybe it's a toddler thing in general?Until recently my older ds was always anxious around dogs and made them more anxious. But dd has a way with them.

Anyone else had this experience?

I was like that as a child (still like that) and a friend of my little girl's as like that, also. I think for some people, they just naturally know how to connect with animals. Do you have a dog at home? It sounds like, even though your daughter is young, perhaps when she's a bit older, a dog of her own would be a wonderful experience.
