Bleeding??

Is anyone experiencing bleeding? I got a positive test on Monday morning and then started bleeding bright red blood after "relations" on Thursday morning and it has not stopped since. It is lighter than a period, but too much not too have concerns...

Any thoughts? Prayers would be wonderful.

i have not had much experience with actual bleeding, but i am a spotter -- i spotted on-and-off through 11w with my first pregnancy, and have already had spotting here and there with this one too. almost everyone i know has had some spotting with pregnancy.

what you are describing sounds like cervical bleeding to me, since it happened after sex, but it seems like it should've stopped by now. there's really not much to do but sit and wait though. sending prayers your way!

I talked to MW this morning. She said it was probably either a vascular bleed, hormones or a MC. She said take the wait and see approach...

I would love to here if anyone has ever actually had a vascular bleed or bleeding because of hormones during pregnancy. I have no cramps to speak of, otherwise I would be thinking more along the MC.

With Bodie I spotted from 7w until 12w, it's was the worst 5 weeks EVER, but he's here and doing great. it was not bleeding tho, only spotting. I hope things work out mama!!

thanks for all the support. It seems to have stopped. Just some light spotting yesterday, and hardly any spotting today. So, i am just waiting and seeing. I will take another pregnancy test later this week or early next week to see if it is still positive...

I will update with anything further. either way.

I had heavy bleeding with my last two pregnancies. I had blood clots in my uterus and bled for 23 weeks and 14 weeks. It was very worrisome and I am hoping that everything is fine for you. My fingers are crossed for you!

Update? Did you take another test?

I don't have any positive experiences with bleeding, but it sounds like a lot of mamas do.

no, no test yet. i am too afraid... I really don't have anymore pg symptoms, other than being crazy tired. I want to wait long enough so that i know either way for sure.

My fear is a false positive. i really don't want to take a test too soon and have it be positive because i have some left over hormones. that would be horrible. plus i don't have the money to buy more than one test...

I stopped bleeding over the weekend and stopped spotting completely on Monday, when do you all think it would be safe to test again?

I took a test this morning and it seems that I did have a MC after all.

I now know my little one is waiting for me in heaven...That is very comforting to me, knowing that I will be with him one day.
