Attachment Parenting Reads?

I'm looking for some recommendations on books that are AP orientated- it doesn't have to be focused on "parenting" but topics that can fall under that category too.

I'm organizing a book club for the local AP group, and I'm trying to compile a list of books.

So far I have-

The Mother Dance- Harriet Lerner Goldhov
Loving Each One Best- Nancy Semalin
Nuture By Nature- Paul Tieger
Boys and Girls Learn Differently -Michael Gurian

Any other suggestions or advice on the above listed books would be awesome.
