healthy easy "jigglers"?

Anyone have a healthy version of "jigglers"? I have been using up the boxes of jello in the house, but I want to avoid the dyes (and whatever else is in there)..

What brand of gelatin do you use?

Also, I made jigglers with a silicone muffin pan (heart shape) and they definitely came out easier after I ran some hot water over the bottoms.. the first few came out a bit lopsided

Any other tips? I want to put these in ds' lunch regularly. Thanks.

I use Knox unflavored gelatin and fruit juice. I believe the recipe is on the box, but I'm not sure. HTH.

Would pineapple juice work? I think that might be the only fruit juice I keep in the house, but as I recall there was a warning about adding pineapple on the jello box? Something about it wouldn't set?

I *might* also have grape juice.. not sure I will have to check, but thanks for the input!

I like bernard jensen's or even better great lakes geletin. (both are beef. most great lakes geletin is kosher. I think they got kosher certification recently, and amazon is still selling the old ones too?).

Grape juice, or maybe apple juice would work. You can also do palm or unrefined cane sugar (to taste) with coconut milk, cow milk, (I presume other milks), or a hibiscus cold infusion (totally packed with vit c and super tasty.)

Do I have to get Bernard Jensen's or Great Lakes at a natural food store? We have one here but it is kind of pricey. I usually shop at Fred Meyers (meijer elsewhere I think) or Safeway/Carrs. I occasionally shop at Costco.

We have a Walmart, but I avoid them.
