Anyone have a tried and true completely dairy free super kid pleasing dinner? I'm cooking for a momma who is truly allergic to dairy. She has 3 children in addition to a new babe. Something kid super friendly would be best... but also sort of one pot for ease for mom or easy enough for Dad to heat up if he should be so inclined. I greatly appreciate your help =)

My kids adore tacos. They'll eat them even when I'm out of key ingredients. LOL. So, they would eat tacos made with tortillas, beans, meat, lettuce, and salsa. Happily.
Another might be sloppy joes if you could find buns without dairy. We have one area of town that's more heavily Jewish, and the Kroger there has a good selection of dairy free breads. Sloppy joes, carrot sticks, peaches. That'd be a huge winner of supper for my kids.
Spaghetti.
Chili (my kids adore chili).

i was going to say tacos too, thats one of my dairy allergic toddlers favorites.... with black beans and rice too
he also loves fried rice, and whole roasted chicken that has rice baked with it...
as for one pot, he loves soup (regular chicken and chicken tortilla are the 2 i make most) and spaghetti, although i've taken to using rotini noodles instead since theyre easier for him.
