I can't believe it's September already... Here's hoping that a bunch of us move over to those May/June DDC's this month!

If you wouldn't mind, please post updates for the OP in bold (will make threadkeeping a little easier).

As I mentioned in the August thread, I'm happy to include you chart in the OP, too. Just let me know.

Let's have a very fertile fall, everyone!

Lyndzies, thanks for starting the new thread! i would kinda like to have my chart posted but don't really know how... i use FF online, i'm pretty sure you do, so if you can help, i would appreciate it!
thanks!

cejae - awesome about the two follicles! Happy inseminating (and I'm excited we'll (likely) be in the TWW together! Enjoy your vacation this weekend.

astropeep - Sending tons of sticky, positive, nag-champa type vibes your way. Can't wait to hear an update from you tomorrow, so I can bring out the jumping jacks.

FtMPapa - GL w/ your KD dinner tonight! Hope it's a good match and that you can get the show on the road again. Also hoping your appointments go smoothly! Let us know about the CB monitor. I've always been curious as to how well they work/how easy they are to use/interpret.

she started waking me up at 2am to take her temp by mistake!
OMG, I could NOT have handled that! LOL! I do my best, but I will admit that the weekends are tough to get up and temp at 6:15. Ugh!

megincl - How exciting! I've been thinking about ya, and I'm glad to hear there's some progress for you two.

AFM, CD13 and no EWCM. I would have expected a little by now. No + OPK yet, and cervix is just starting to move up a bit, soften, and get more open. Not sure whether to move ahead w/ plan for 1st insem tomorrow, or wait to make sure I've got a good day of EWCM first. Decisions, decisions. Just "feeling" like O may be late again this month. I know, very scientific.

ETA: I guess the CF is sort of creamy/watery, come to think of it.... so I'm marking in "watery." Just used to copious quantities of EWCM; hopefully it'll come soon!

On FF, in the left navigation, click "my account." Then "home page set-up" (on the right). There should be a link at the top of the page. Copy it, paste it here, and I'll add it to the OP!

Added!

... it's not all THAT crazy. As in, at least I can recognize a pattern. I've definitely seen worse! :-) Meaning, my chart from April. Seriously, check the 04/22/2009 chart out on my homepage. It's NUTS.

astropeep - just wanted to say I've been thinking 'bout ya today. FX.

Lyndzies, That's great! If I ever actually get a full T, TWW I'd be thrilled. Stupid short luteal phase.

I broke down and had a diet coke today. This stupid fertility stuff is dragging on for so long that I can't continue to deny myself one of my favorite favorite things in life. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't go out without sunscreen. But I love me my diet coke...

Thanks, Lyndzies.

News today was bad: HCG did not rise. RE says it's a chemical pregnancy, and that there's no point in retesting Friday. Sigh.
Astropeep - I'm still hoping for an uptick in the news department, but I'm sorry that you didn't get good news today.

I'm really sorry Astropeep. I will still hold out hope for better results on Friday. Take care of yourself.
I think that I would like to join here.

Me and DP do want a baby.

I think that we are going to be able to start somewhere around May with insem.

We have decided to do at home with a KD and I am going to see a fertility dr at the end of this month to get some more control on my PCOS.

I'm flippin excited!
well the deed is done - or at least 1/2 the deed! we insem'd at home this morning and are planning for an iui later today, waiting to hear back from midwife.

this whole timing thing is going to make me crazy. this is our 2nd cycle. i can feel confident about my body and think everything is on course and then at that moment to decide whether to inseminate, i freak out and question everything.

so now we begin the long and tedious tww! good luck to all!

ErikaLeigh - Welcome! I'll add you to "waiting to be ready." It's great that you're getting "prepared" so early!!

astropeep - FX that the news on Friday is better than yesterday's. I know the boat you are in and am thinking of you.

jjnoho - I totally know what you mean! I feel confident right up until the point at which the syringe is "loaded." :P FX for you, and happy that we'll be TWW buddies.

AFM - Yesterday was our first insem of the cycle. It feels so good to "officially" be back in the game after the month off. I haven't had a +OPK yet, but that's okay. I've had really good EWCM for a couple days now, and I'm pretty sure my temps are about where they should be for gearing up to O (when compared to my pg cycle). So I'm still hoping O will happen sometime this weekend. Tomorrow we'll do another insem during the day, and then likely on Saturday PM too. If it seems like O is going to be delayed, we'll try to fit in another one. I feel so blessed to have such a flexible donor. We are really lucky.

As a (sort of) aside, does anyone who's using a KD "do it" at the donor's house? We've started doing this, because it was just too freaking stressful timing everything... texting him when we were close to his (Philly) house, parking, getting it, and then trying to race back home to S. Jersey, never knowing if we'd hit some type of crap traffic along the way or that all the sperm would be slow or dead by the time we got it where it needed to go... Just interested in your experiences.

(x-posted from TTC forum):

Also, I made up a little song about TTC yesterday after inseminating. It's ridiculous, but I will have to share, at the risk of having dancing veggies thrown at me. It's to the tune of this song I used to sing at camp...this is the only YouTube clip I could find of it. Kid is pretty cute.

My super-special TTC alternate lyrics:

Swimming, swimming,
in the vaginal pool.
When fertile fluid does abound
In the vaginal pool!

Spermie wormies
Gotta make it through
Don't you wish you always had
Fertile cervical goo!

And that, my friends, is my rock masterpiece from yesterday.

I'm such a freak.

Lyndzies- I LOVE the song, hahahaha. Who would have even thought about making up a song about conception! lol

Astropeep- I am still praying for a turnaround for you.

cejae- I know diet coke isn't great for you, but when it comes down to it, one well-placed diet coke is not likely to harm either of you.

And good luck to everyone else!

Now... AFM... We got a this morning! DW "let" me take a test today (11 DPO) because I'm just feeling so pregnant... Exhaustion, sore breasts, weird twinges and stuff in my abdomen. And I've had the sore breasts since like... 3 DPO. I don't even know how that is possible, but I figure if the symptoms started that long ago and I am feeling them this strongly, then surely I have enough hormones in my system to trigger a First Response! And it was positive! DW was eating breakfast with her brother downstairs and I made her come up and look at the test to make sure I wasn't imagining the second line! But it is there. Here's hoping this is a sticky baby!!!

OMG KSDoulaMama!!!!!!!!!

: : : : :

This is such great news!

The real question is... are you ready to be moved, or do you want to wait for a late AF?

I'm so excited for you!!! Sticky vibes.
Let's give it a few days at least... I'll let you know next week.

Roger that!

... Hm, I think I need to make up a sticky bean song...

Over and out.

astropeep - I'm sorry it's not looking good.

KSDoula - Congratulations!! Here's to a happy and healthy nine months!

ErikaLeigh - Welcome - this community is full a good information and great support.

jjnoho - good luck - FX here!

AFU - Well, I think we saw a second line today. It's been a long hard road (over two years, several surgeries, a miscarriage, tons of meds, and too much money to even think about) so I'm not ready to shout if from the rooftops just yet - but I am feeling happy and peaceful. So we're cautiously optimistic over here in our corner of the world.
