Functional differences in yarns?

Talk to me about the functional differences between these three yarns, please (assuming they're being used for diaper covers):
Pattons vs. Lion Brand Fisherman's Wool vs. Knitpicks Wool of the Andes

IIRC the Fisherman's wool still has lanolin in it. Yep, I just did a search and found that the fiber is "100% Pure Virgin Wool with natural lanolin oil is soft and warm" I'm betting it would be great for diaper covers.

I've also used Paton's for covers before with great success. My favorite yarn though is Cascade 220.
