Does anyone know what this is? Whenever DD is in her tub, I can see what looks like a diaper rash appear. It's hundreds on tiny red dots in the area that is normally covered by her dipe. When she is not in the water, these dots are not visible. I use cloth wipes with a few drops of Kissaluvs concentrate in water, and BG 3.0s. Normally when I wipe her, she is somewhat red at times, but I think that's just from the wetness of the dipe, or the wipe itself.
