Ok, a little dramatic, but...

After 4 months of the cuddly (Moby esque) wrap, I finally got two ring slings last night and they are just so awesome

My only complaint with the stretch wrap has just been how difficult it is to take DD out to change or feed or be held by someone else - always means retying the whole I sometimes hesitated to go through the trouble of tying the wrap for around the house or whatever - not any more! Now I can pop her in and out anytime, with 0 fuss.

I just wanted to tell you all how happy I was with them - I ordered from Li'l Peepers Keepers on Etsy and got two of their linen slings on sale (summer colours). They are just lovely, well made and with such nice personal touches in the package from the seller. I would totally buy from her again

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my ring sling when ds was little. I liked the stretchy wrap but only for times I intended to put him in & leave him there for a long time (like through airports or sightseeing, etc.) 'cause I found it so cumbersome to get everything just right.

That's why I have several different types of carriers. I like my woven wrap (used to use moby but babe is bigger now) for carrying for long periods of time (zoo, etc., or if babe will be sleeping), my SSC for popping in and out. Used the RS a lot w/ds2 but ds3 does not like RS so we switch bwt our wraps and mei tais.
