wendy and peter pan patterns

Thread Starter
Hi, Looking for any ideas for a wendy costome pattern. A suggestion I found online was a nightgown w/ empire waist and cap sleeves. But having trouble finding a pattern for my 5 yr old that wears a size 6x - 7. Any suggestions? Also looking for an inexpensive pattern or costume for my 2yr old wearing a 2t-3t peter pan. Thanks for any help.

I followed these instructions for a Peter Pan costume last year. It was easy and cute.

My Ds was peater pan at 2 also. what we did is find a green t shirt and cut the botton and sleeve raged. Then put it over green long johns (used as jammies after halloween of couse) Cheep easy and no pattern required! I also croched some cool pointy slippers, those I had a pattern for. We fot a lot of complaments on it.

I would post a pic but that former 2 y/o is now 18 so this was before digital camras. (at least before I had one)

DD was tinker bell that year.

Holy. Cow. DD is 5, DS is 2, DD wants them to be Wendy and Peter Pan. I hadn't even begun to think it through though. I hope someone comes up with a Wendy costume! Ha!

Raise the waistline by cutting off the bottom inch of the bodice pieces, and lengthen the skirt.

Just make the bodice size that fits, regardless of the size number printed, and lengthen the skirt to her height.
