How long/heavy is your AF?

Interested to see the difference in bleeding patterns among mamas. Has your af changed much since having kids/getting older? Also, how do you deal with heavy bleeding? Do you use cloth pads?

i tend to have *very* heavy bleeding for 7-10 days. it's awful. at least i don't get cramps/clots since i had kids though. just wicked bad pms.

Before kids, my AFs were 5-6 days and heavy flow for the first 3 days, and then light flow from there on out.

Now that I've had kids, they are 3-4 days - medium flow on CD 1, CD 2 is heavy and CD 3 is medium and CD 4 is very very light. And then I have spotting for another 3-4 days.
