Good, absorbent cotton fitteds?

I am looking for some good cotton fitteds to try... would prefer 1 or 2 sized but will try anything. Needs to be really absorbent, don't really care how cute they are as long as they work!!

Tiny Tush makes a one-size fitted that is organic cotton. Runs a little on the large size (I doubt it would fit my newborn for a few months still), but absorbant enough for my 2 yo. AT night we still use a doubler and a wool soaker with it, but I think it works pretty well. Seems a little stiff to me, but I like it.
