Things got pushed back when the package I'd been waiting for all day (DH's anniversary + birthday + father's day present from me that he has been very excited to get) got delivered to the wrong house. Have it now so it'll be here when he gets home, but ugh it was stressy!

We are a tv free family so I didn't know what "Hoarders" was~ but after reading your post I looked it up and just spent the last few hours watching it online. WOAH! My DH walked in and saw the screen and said "WHAT are you watching?!?!?" I am even MORE on board with keeping my house clean and my schedule on now after watching that....

I love love love the idea of the daily three things that must get done. In fact that's all I'm going to commit myself to, to start.

Thursday's Daily Three
--put away the four loads of clean laundry currently littering my house
--start a new batch of no knead bread dough
--change the sheets in master bedroom
Subbing for the moment! Be back later on when I get a chance!

Having a "daily three" has been good for me this week. That way I just commit to those things and don't freak if I don't get anything else done. It's also getting me in the groove of the day.

I'm glad the Daily 3 is helping! It's been great to have an attainable goal every day. Trying to do too much and failing was depressing. Now I feel like I'm getting things accomplished! :

Had a terribly blah day yesterday. Today DS has a fever, but not acting sick, just calm. Ok, for him calm is sick! Maybe my brain will slip back into it's happy groove after I finish my project at work.... Hopefully DS will be well enough for me to go back to work tomorrow....

Posting ahead of time, since I have the time I really need to do this, as I am sooo bad with getting out of control with lists, and not accomplishing what I want to. I do really well when I am held accountable. We're trying to get our house ready to sell, and I think I want to set a goal of cleaning/fixing/organizing one thing a day.

Friday to-do:

9AM - Bank transfer
9AM - Email Veronica to verify plans for Sunday
10AM - Email doula client to confirm meeting on Saturday
11AM - Finish posting Craigslist ads
12PM - Make sure Brian calls my Uncle to schedule time to pick up fruit/veggies

1PM Print off doula contracts and paperwork (amend if needed) - Finishing editing and doing tomorrow morning!
7PM - Put stuff in car to take to the parents' - Canceled going over there - changed to Sunday!
Whenever - Look under sink to find whatever is rotting under there - It stopped smelling (LOL), so I'm just going to pretend it evaporated until I get the chance to get under there and clean the whole area.
Copy one disc worth of pictures (want to do this daily until completed, as well) - Technical difficulties on this one. Ugh.

House:
12PM - Clean front porch, and front of the house

Dailies:
Dishes
Laundry - (wash and put every thing away)
Sweep

1PM/7:30PM - Plan and have dinner ready at a reasonable hour (so bad at this this week)
Read at least 15 minutes to the kids
8PM - Wipe down bathroom and toilet
