Encouragment with clomid

My DH and I have been TTC for a year-I havent gotten a period or ovulated on my own in over 9 months. Blood tests were okay semen analysis was ok as well.
Just finished my first cycle of clomid and Ovidrel trigger shot last week. We wait until Sept. 14th for a bloodtest to see if it worked. That's all I can think about. Encouraging words?

Is there anyone out there that got pregnany the first try on clomid?

I am trying to stay optimistic but do not want to be disappointed. We really want to start a family, both teachers, bought a 4 bedroom house and are ready to have our "own" kids and fill our house.

my very good friend did. She had 2 miscarriages, then was having trouble conceiving the 3rd. add clomid and BANG - pregnant - with twins! who are happy and healthy!

Yup, she turns 1 today!

I got pregnant on my first round of Clomid after TTC for 18 months. In fact, she turns one today. I'm just taking a break from frosting cupcakes and getting ready for her party this afternoon.

Thank you for the encouraging words! I have my blood test Monday and the wait is killing. I am trying not to test at home. As everyone else, I want this soon so bad!
