before I find out I am pregnant or while I am pregnant without a test to check my progesterone levels, or would this be bad? I plan to have my levels checked as soon as I find out, but I thought I would start taking something before I get pregnant and before I find out if I am pregnant just to make sure. When I was charting 3 years ago, I did have a luteal phase defect. I don't chart anymore and don't have time to figure out if I still have a luteal phase defect before TTC again. I didn't take progesterone with my son who was born in 2006.
