Is this a good place for a new mindful eating thread?

I don't remember where the old thread I used to visit was hosted! But I think a thread about mindful eating, coming to terms with food, and developing a healthy relationship with food is really helpful to people like me. I have binge eating disorder and I'm trying very hard to overcome it. I'd love to have some others to bounce my thoughts off of, especially when I'm feeling frustrated.

I'm not looking for diet talk; I'm hoping we can talk about acceptance, self-love and self-care. Anyone in?

Yep, I'm in. Lately when my PMS is really bad I am eating lots of refined sugar products and that just makes my mood/irritability way worse. I am also an emotional eater.

I'm in.

Honestly I feel the best in my gut and in my body when I eat some raw veggies at lunch with my meal. Eating raw fruit and veg actually makes me feel better, I noticed.

How are you doing?
