What is your morning "energy" drink?

Hello, my name is Elya and I am a total coffee addict.

Seriously. Even when I am pregnant, I drink 1-2 cups in the morning and then something caffeinated in the afternoon. Multiply that by 4 when I am not pregnant.

I'd like to switch to something else. Something that would be good for my body, taste good, AND wake me up in the morning.

What do you caffeine-free mamas drink?

I really like rooibos. I'll often drink plain rooibos or a rooibos flavored with dried blueberries or cacao nibs for breakfast. SO yummy.

green juice or green smoothie or even a greens powder drink. Something green always gives me energy!

Yes, I was going to say try a green smoothie.

But for me, I can't function w/o at least one cup of
