Country Save HE

I bought Country Save from a local health/natural store. The store near me ordered it from the bigger one across town. I didn't notice that the box is labeled HE until just the other day. We don't have HE. Do I need to return it (can't find receipt at the moment), or will it work for my washer, as well? Thanks!

they work for both washers. you just use a smaller amt for an he machine. thats what we use

Thank you! So for a regular machine, I should use more than the amt. recommended for the HE machine. Am I right to also understand that I need to use less than the usual amount when I'm washing cd's? I hope that's not too confusing. I am/will be new to this...

I used Country Save for everything (clothing and diapers). Now, I use it for clothing. I always used/use it in a conventional washing machine. Although Country Save recommends using an entire scoopful for a conventional washing machine I use about one-half scoopful for clothing. For diapers, I used than less than one-half scoopful. I filled the scoop about one-third full of detergent. HTH!
