Where to buy unique Pendant/ Tiffany Lamp, not too pricey

We want a light to hang above a round table in our eclectic living/ family/ daycare/ office room. Hubby's ready to run out to Home Depot, but I think we can find something that will bring a little more style and personality to the room.

Context: We have nature photography on the walls, a southwestern rug, green curtains, latte walls and a 4 colored marmoleum floor. Furniture is an assortment of woods (craigslist, ikea, freecyle). I'll pay up to $50 for something that is just OK, and up to $250 for something I really, really, really love.

I have checked etsy, urban outfitters, ikea, craigslist, freecycle... any other places I should look online?

and this too...
Can't believe I left cost plus out of round one... thinking of doing this one for now and upgrading a homemade one later!

If you have a RE STore (habitat for humanity place) in your area or something similar they are great resources for interesting household items!

I really like the paper lanterns too. I have a great star shaped one in my DD's room that I got at fireworks (I lived near a store but it looks like you can get them online). They have other more natural earthy looking ones too.
