I had a similar spotting experiance last prenancy, went to ER for an ultrasound I think Iwas exactly weeks and was reassured by a beating heart.
sex candefinetly cause some spotting but so can other things like BV (fairly common) UTI etc.....

Symptoms don't start right away for me always. Just depends on the pregnancy and you're so early. Try to relax even if it is hard. I've got some experience with anxiety during pregnancy and it isn't fun at all.
