Newborn cardiac arrest?

I'm trying to research every possible situation that might arise during my UC (and still think positively about how uneventful its likely to be, lol), and I recently read a story about a baby that died of cardiac arrest soon after birth. I've tried to find more info on what would cause that and at-home ways to handle it, but I'm mostly being directed to medical journals, which aren't helpful. Any info to share? Any sites with great info on that and other emergency situations would be appreciated

I plan on

looking for an infant resus class and renewing my CPR card. I'm comfortable doing those things.

neonatal resus class would help with that and a quick call to 911. Course that is so incredibly rare it's not something I'm really considering. I suspect there was something wrong with baby's heart for that to happen, or something given to the baby to stop his heart. Scary but incredibly unlikely.
