So if you were given 90 days' notice due to your landlords wanting to sell, what would you start doing NOW to make moving easier?
We don't know how big or small our next house will be, and I have an 18-month-old (not sure if that's relevant, but I'm sure it'll make the move more stressful!). Any thinking-ahead tips for decluttering, cleaning, packing and so on? Bearing in mind we could, in theory, be moving in a few days' or weeks' time (although I doubt it!).
So far I've taken a bunch of old clothes and books to the op shop and cleaned under a few beds. What else should I be doing?
UPDATE: We found a house! Yay.
But our move-in date is October 2, which is slightly less than three weeks away. Any not-so-distant moving tips now I'm suddenly panicking?
