where do you buy pul?

I know some people use it to make cloth diaper covers - I was going to try making reusable lunch bag things. Can you get it in stores? If not, what is the cheapest website to order it from?

Or, is there something else to make the reusable lunch bag things from?
And, does someone have a pattern for the reusable lunch bag things?

I've bought PUL from Kids in the Garden. I think she has pretty good prices. She also has a Yahoo coop group and often has PUL at discounted prices there: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kidsinthegarden/

Last time I bought PUL I got it from SewZanne's Fabrics. I need to buy some more to make a couple of big diaper pail liners and I plan on getting it from there again.
