Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)
Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 0.75 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 0.25 cup, pieces or slices
Cheese Pizza, 2 slice
Chocolate Chip Cookies, 2 cookie, medium (2-1/4" dia)
Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked
Macaroni & Cheese, 0.5 serving
M&M's Almond Chocolate Candies, 0.5 cup
Pasta Primavera, 1 serving

I am not using it! I am off to check it out!

AFter doing reasonably well all week yesterday I blew it big time when I had two cookies at 10 AM and then a veggie burger from Red Robin. Their fries call to me when I am pregnant.

The weekends are super hard for me too...when I am working my schedule is so tight that I don't have time to think as much about eating and I have with me what I will be eating.

The weekends can be a constant graze of foods I just don't need to eat! For instance, this morning I had chocolate chip pancakes :

I tend to let go more on the weekends too. Or schedule is more flexible and so we ust eat when we think of it. And more yummy, less healthy choices too. Ooops.

As for exercise, we're really active on our farm with chores and stuff but uI try to get for a decent walk each day. Sometimes my husband will offer to come with me and then it's more of a meandering stroll LOL
