Anyone read or reading it? I'm almost done, with about 20 pages left to go. I'd love to discuss it.

I read it when it first came out. Keep in mind that I have the memory retention of a flea, but I'd try to discuss with you. I can't quite remember exactly what happens to Maureen...

SPOILER

Warning :: Spoiler Ahead! Highlight to read message!
...right at the end--does she get out of prison? Do she and Caelum stay together?

OK, I finished it last night.

Mo dies in prison from a brain aneurysm. I was actually pretty disappointed in the end because I felt it was a bit of a cop out. Like he didn't have to complete the story between Caelum and Mo. As hard as it was to read, the Columbine history was interesting and I certainly saw things in a different perspective, since I wasn't a mom back in 1999. I liked the book, it was pretty easy to read, but I think I enjoyed She's Come Undone more.

Yeah, it was highly readable, but I definitely preferred "She's Come Undone".
