Anyone Getting Mildew in Wipes Solution Spray Bottle?

Our wipes "solution" is just water...sometimes water and some TTO. We keep it in cheap plastic spray bottles I got at CVS. I have no idea how often we need to replenish what's in the bottle...at least every few days I would guess. Anyway, after some time, the inside of the bottles start to get mildew-y...especially the one that's exposed to more sunlight. We were away for 4 days recently and when we came back we noticed a big jump in mildew growth in the bottles - b/c the water was just sitting there. When we notice the mildew, we do a soak with bleach water (which, obviously, doesn't feel totally ideal and I hope I am rinsing out all the bleach before using it again).

Is the solution to just empty and refill the bottles every day? Is there a better bottle to use?

That used to happen to me too...i think you are to change the water everyday or used distilled water.
I ended up using warm water from the bathroom and took sposies wipes when we left the house.

Try using distilled water?

it has happened to me.

I finally stopped using anything other than water and soap when needed -- no premade solutions for me.
