What meds while pregnant and bf'ing?

I have recently found a good combo of meds for myself and my pdoc says that I should be fine to get pregnant on them. I know that one is ok for pregnancy but the other is debatable. For me, it is either be pregnant on the meds or never have more children, yk?

What have you taken while pregnant? Breastfeeding?

I'm pretty much a bf'ing "addict" - I don't know if I could have a baby and not breastfeed. But, I do know that one of my meds isn't the most desirable while breastfeeding.

I'm pg and bf'ing my 5 yo dd and 2 yo ds. I'm on Prozac. As I understand it, Prozac is the number 1 rec for pg, but you should wean off or switch to something else before delivery. I'm not worried about the ones currently bf'ing, because they aren't getting much milk at this point.

I researched it and Zoloft is the best for bf. I am taking 5-htp and it is helping a ton.

I took Prozac starting from the second trimester at about 20mg and then after dd2 was born we raised it to 25mg. She showed absolutely no signs whatsoever of withdrawal or anything. She was perfectly lovely, calm, huggy, nursed just great. A dream baby.

I am now on 250 mg of Wellbutrin and 10 mg of Prozac. I am still nursing dd2. It's all good over here.

I'm taking prozac and lamictal. My pdoc said that she is fine with me taking them during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It does make me nervous, though. But, more bf'ing-friendly options aren't options for me. So, hopefully, if I do get pregnant again, everything will be fine.
