Do your kids watch Glee? DH got me two Glee CD's for Christmas and my 9 yo is really into them. (He's even talking about auditioning for Children's Choir this spring even though he says they only sing "boring" songs.) He wants to watch the show but it doesn't seem like a show for a 9 yo. DH said he thinks most of the stuff will go over DS's head but I don't know. Some of it probably would, like when they were putting pot in the brownies. But some of the dialogue is pretty direct, like when Puck told the other football player he had sex with the guy's mom in his bed.

No way would I allow my kids to watch this. It has some pretty mature subjects.

I've downloaded 6 episodes to my iPod. I love Glee.

Kids don't watch...well teenager does but she's 15.

It's fun/fantasy stuff with really well-done numbers..not supposed to be reality

They are all so odd and quirky

Sandy is an implied perv. Stalking Josh Groban etc. But not completely.

My 7 year old watches it. a lot of it goes over head, but a surprising amount doesn't. we talk about it and laugh, and it has led to some really fun conversations.

'tons of teenagers think about sex a lot, its cool, you can't help it...but don't get pregnant. I may kick you out like Qunns parents...i mean, i love you, but damn.'

'i'll live with dad'

'yeah, i'd like to see him wash diapers while your in school'

'i will use garbage ones'

'i am kicking you out now'

My 3 year old and 1 year old watch it. They loooove it. Most of that stuff goes over their heads but the music is great for them.

My kids---12, 10 & 8---all watch. I don't have any problem with the subject matter for them. I'm pretty sure they all "get" pretty much all of it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who lets her kids watch it!! My 3 y/o and 1 y/o are at least in the room when I'm watching. They enjoy the music, and the 3 y/o does watch it sometimes as well, but the "questionable" stuff goes over his head.

I won't let my kids watch, but that's just because *I'M* not ready for that conversation yet.

But they do ask me to turn up the music, which I happily oblige!

I was watching a really old episode of House, one for Season 2, I think, and who is on it but Ms. Emma Pillsbury playing the part of a 25-year-old lesbian who eventually needs a liver transplant!

Off to find out how old she really is because in that episode she couldn't pass for 25. I really didn't recognize her until she started talking.

When is Glee going to start again? Any spoilers?

She also played "Charlie" in Heroes. It's funny because "Charlie" was a younger woman so when I saw her as Emma in Glee I was having a hard time buying it. Funny how that works. Her real age is 30-ish. And it starts again April 13th! Can't wait!!

Has anyone seen the new Sue's Corner "Sneaky Gays" on Youtube? It's hilarious.

Can't wait for this show to start again.
