zilactin-B for a canker sore ok while bF?

My baby is 15 months and I have a HUGEEEEEEEE canker sore on the inside of my lip from when I bit myself a few days ago. It is so awful big and painful
That couple with my cold and I am in pure misery. I am using zilactin-B to control the pain because even drinking water hurts. It has benzocaine I believe. Its a gel that makes a seal onto the ulcer and helps a lot. I am using as little as I can. Can someone look up to see if it is safe?

For sure it's safe. I had a whole mouth full of dental freezing a few weeks ago, couldn't feel half my mouth for a long time! And that was safe. Topical numbing agents are totally safe.
