I've seen alot of threads about one time uses or short term use, but I'm looking for something to take daily for extended time, maybe a year or so (like you would an anti-depressant). I'm nursing a 2 yr old diabetic 1-2 times per day. I'm confused between Xanax and Ativan. I don't have Dr. Hale's book. Thanks.
