Got mine yesterday and of course have no baby yet but I think I love it.

Its a wider cut than the bummi super brite I have and no cord dip like on the super brite but.. the legs I can still make really small especially with the gussets and it fits over my few fitted. In the picture its shows over a NB muttaqin my only NB fancy fitted and at a higher rise I was able to easily put it over my tiny tush one size diapers. yet it still fit great with a prefold both trifolded and pinned/snappied. the Bummi is a "cleaner" fit anything you have an adjustabe rise you compromise looks a bit but I still really like this cover. I'll deffiently be ordering a few more of these.

I like 'em, too! When it was time for my LO to go from the small to medium Thirsties covers, I got the size 2 duo wraps instead. They're awesome.

yeah - I'm pretty happy with mine, too. I'm using a size 1 on my one month ds and size 2 on my 2.5 year old ds...

i love these things. they are easier on dd's chubby legs than the reg thirsties too for some reason. shes in a size 2 on the second setting. we havent had any issues with getting a fitted underneath either.

I am trying to love them. They're usually the last cover I grab.

What don't you like about them? I haven't tried mine on an actual baby yet...

I just got these a few days ago, and I LOVE them over prefolds! They're also pretty nice over the recycled RRPs I made.

I took a gamble putting my 3mo DS into the Duo size 2. Now I'm glad I did, because the Duo fits perfectly on the smallest rise, and he's only 16lbs!! We'll be good from now until potty training as long as they hold up that long.

Oh...the Mango color? It's just a shade off from the Melon in Thirsties regular covers. Talk about bright...it's almost hunter orange. Ah well, at least it makes them hard to miss.

I'm not sure what PP had in mind when they said they were trying to like them, but here's my 2 cents:

One thing I think maybe some people won't/don't like is that they're a bit trimmer than the regular thirsties covers. The crotch seems a tad narrower and they sit higher on the thigh. I've found that they're not so great for nighttime, when I'm adding doublers or using a big fat fitted diaper. I'm using the size 2 covers right now. I can squeeze a prefold and doublers under it if I open the snaps up so they're one size larger. But it's a bit harder to get everything tucked in at the crotch/leg area. I'm using a medium size regular Thirsties cover when I want to use doublers at night, and that works better.

That's the only thing I can think of! If it makes you feel more at ease about your choice: We didn't start needing doublers and extra stuff at night until around 4 months, so the trim-ness issue is still a ways off for you. It might not ever matter when your baby is small enough to be in the size 1 covers. I still love the duo covers during the day, and I simply use something else at night.
