Does anyone know if this model does the standard straight seam next to the overlocking (serging)?

I know the 334DS does... just wondering about this one.

I have heard these machines are workhorses, any one who has one of these?

This is the serger I used when costuming a couple productions, and no, no overlock next to the overcast.
