I don't really "do" anything. Kind of the opposite, though. I treat my cycle as part of who I am and move on with life. I don't plan things around it or avoid activities or anything like that. It is a positive part of who I am and makes me a woman and I am thankful for healthy cycles. (My cycles are somewhat erratic, but I am finding more power in being thankful for healthy cycles than in discussing the idiosyncrasies and "issues" with my cycle.)

I have found not making a big deal out of it has made it not a big deal, iykwim... It is just part of who I am and everyday life (or rather monthly life

).
