Is it normal to have varying symptoms?

Hey everyone. I am 4.5 weeks along, the only symptoms I have are sore boobs. They were extremely tender (hurt if I even so much as brushed against them) for a few days and then calmed way down. Still a little sore but nothing like before. Is that normal, for it to ebb and flow like that? I am kind of antsy because I don't have any other symptoms. I have been taking a home pregnancy test every other morning and they keep getting darker and darker! Will pregnancy symptoms change literally overnight?

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

girl-there is no telling what to expect! With the pregnancy my boobs are sore but that didnt happen with my first pregnancy, and my cravings are different thus far-Im on Nachos with hot peppers and ice cream! Usually morning sickness doesn't kick in until the 6th week they say which is exactly whats happening to me right now. With the first pregnancy i just knew i was pregnant because i had "all day sickness" from before i missed my period! This time i only had a little bit but now it seems to be kicking in full force and any time of the day! Im usually a healthy eater but that seems to have gone out the door! its like i crave junk food! Im sooooooo embarassed! lol. Anyways...good luck and i hope the symptoms dont last tooo long for u!

It's VERY common for symptoms not to start until around 6 weeks or so. Hang in there Mama.

Yes, I think it's completely normal. I was nauseous before I even tested and then it died down for about 1.5 weeks. This past weekend though, it picked up with a vengeance until yesterday. Today I woke up feeling rather normal, which I must say I am enjoying immensely (I am 6w 2d). My BBs were slightly sore before I tested then abated about 14 dpo then became so unbearably sore for a few days, then abated again for a day...etc. Yesterday they were killer but this morning they are bearable. I wouldn't worry at all about your symptoms coming and going. From what I've read, this is perfectly normal. If you start really cramping with blood, that is really the only time to be concerned.

Enjoy your pain-free(ish) days! LOL. I am sure they'll remind you they're there soon enough
