What on earth???

So I'm sitting at my computer this morning and my hand starts itching... the heel right below my thumb. I start scratching and notice I have a series of tiny hard bumps along there.

Then just now the insteps of both feet start itching, so I contort myself to scratch them, and I notice a series of little bumps have formed there, too (both feet).

What on earth is going on? The itching is driving me mad!!

I've had itchy palms of hands and soles of feet off and on recently, I attributed it to some funky allergy (my husband's hands are peeling, too) some new pollen in the air maybe.

But I've also been keeping an eye on it, because there's some sort of liver issue that can happen in pregnancy, and extreme (like really extreme) itchiness is the first symptom. I can't remember what it's called, let me look it up. You probably know what it is already...

Here you go...this is what I was keeping in the back of my mind...I've heard that the itching is EXTREME, though.

Hmm, I had PUPPP with my first pregnancy and it was HORRIFIC! I never thought itching could be so awful but it was beyond itchy; indescribable really. But I believe that usually starts in the length of the stretch marks and I don't know if it encompasses hands and feet...

Yeah, I looked it up, and the only thing that matches the location is Pruigo Gestationis, which has the note to treat with calamine lotion, so it's not a big deal.

The itching has already passed, but for about an hour there I thought I was gonna go INSANE!! (Not that that would be a long trip right now)
