How do you wash your lite wraps?

I just got some litewraps today. I think I will really like them. However, the washing instructions say to wash in cold, gentle cycle with mild powder detergent. They are PUL covers with velcro closures. I have always washed my Prowraps with my diapers. cold rinse/hot wash with liquid detergent/rinse/rinse again. Are these things going to disintigrate in hot water, or are these just the optimal, unrealistic instructions?
What do you do?

I washed mine in hot waster and dried on hot they were some of my most used and most durable covers.

I washed with my diapers on hot before...they are great!

i hand wash mine but i hand wash all my covers for the most part, lol. we only have two. they work well, i use them for night time.

I wash mine with the diapers (hot water) and then air dry them. After seeing that others have put them in the dryer, I may do that though.
