Maternity clothes issues!!

Okay, so I've never worked this far into my pregnancies, AND my last two pregnancies I was active duty military still, so I had my uniforms to wear. While those uniforms made me look like a bit camouflage tent, at least they covered everything.

I'm having some serious issues with clothes! Very few of my maternity shirts cover my belly anymore! None of my pants or skirts are full panel, all of them ride under my belly, which means that I need a shirt that completely covers, or else I show belly skin (NOT attractive, doesn't matter that it's firm belly skin, or that I don't reallly have stretch marks, the point is I'm showing skin!!)

This isn't a problem at home or on weekends...I don't care what I look like, whether I'm hanging out or if I just give up and wear hubby's t-shirts. But at work it's a problem!!

HELP! I tried some of my husband's button up shirts, but he's a rather large guy, so the shirts don't fit me at all through the shoulders and make me look pretty bad actually.

I have one shirt that's decent, a few others that I just have to be careful with to keep a hand along the bottom if I'm up from my desk walking around, but that's it. Any ideas??

Belly bands! I haven't used them much the last couple months, but they are coming in handy again

Tank tops, maybe. Wonder if Motherhood has any on clearance. Their shirts are pretty long. That's all that fits me right now.

I wear dresses! no junk on my belly no pants falling off - very comfortable!! also with whats in style right now, you don't have to spend a million on maternety and just buy a size bigger!!

I have found my skirts/dresses to be a life saver for the past 4 months at least.

I am down to one skirt/top outfit and one dress. I wear them alternating days. I wear the dress at home mostly and maybe to the store or running errands, but I look huge in it BUT it's soooo comfy and soft and my belly is drawing it up in length at this point. My one shirt is non pregnancy but it covers me oddly and the skirt is Old Navy and has a panel and it's also pure cotton and super soft. This is all I wear if I go out of the house, one of these two outfits. I'll be glad when baby gets here.

I have a few pair of pants, but I honestly can't stand wearing anything at all lately, so I lounge at hoe in pj's and sweats, and as soon as I come back in the door I take off anything I've been wearing.. lol.

For work, I've ben wearing the same -2 outfits. It's lovely, really.

Yep, I'm down to two shirts that cover my belly and even they are starting to push it. I'm doing a lot of small loads of laundry just so I have something to wear!

I wear some extra long tank tops that cover the belly. I think mine are (non-maternity) ones from Hathaway that I bought at Costco. I think the belly bands are a good idea - if you are crafty, maybe you could whip some up for the last few weeks.

I am hanging out as well. My shorts fall below my belly and even my full panels pants won't stay up. All my shirts are to small. I did not have this problem with ds so either my clothing shrunk or I am HUGE! Actually I think it is a combo of both. I don't care at this point. If one more person says something I will get very upset. Do they think I don't know my belly is sticking out :. I am not going out to buy tops just for a week maybe two (I hope not three). Dh is huge compared to me. I am a size 1/2 Dh is is a XL tall. Not happening. The good news is we are almost done. As the weather gets cooler I will wear long cover ups and tie things around my waist.

I'm having clothing issues again as well. Lucklily, the weather just got colder, and they are still running the AC at work, so sweatshirts are back in for work!

I also ended up buying a new pair of pants.

I'm having the same issues! It's driving me crazy. It doesn't help that I am tall at 5'11'', so I'm not exactly swimming in length usually.

I am loving my Bella Bands again! What a lifesaver these have been in the begining and end. They cover that gap perfectly.

I do have a belly band, but it's really uncomfortable for me, so I've been avoiding it. There's a used maternity clothing store near here, I might run out over lunch and see if I can pick up a few cheap shirts. But I'll be awfully annoyed if I then to into labor tonight

I do have two dresses, and I tried them on last night, I looked horrible!! They are not flattering to me at all! My husband said "just wear them, who cares, you're 9 months pregnant!!" but I can't bring myself to do it, I seriously looked like a fat cow

Come on baby, come out already!!!!

Ooh, that's a good idea! I did consider buying a pack of extra long plain white t-shirts...

I have long stretchy tanks from Target that fit wonderfully over my belly without riding up. I think I picked them up for $5 each on sale. They are thin so they are perfect for layering. I just bought them a couple sizes up from my normal size. Oh they aren't maternity, just in the regular section....maybe juniors.
