my dd will be 3 at the beginning of Nov. & has started biting down while nursing - not hard or quick, but just pressure with her teeth on my nipple. When I take her off there are teeth marks. What could cause this change in nursing? (she has all her baby teeth in) And other than taking her off the breast each time & telling her not to bite me (she says "ok mama" & continues to bite down) what can I do?
