vitamin d drops

Hi,

I want to get my 14 month old daughter a good vitamin d drop for the fall/winter months. I bought the tri-vi-sol adc drops and they taste horrible!! I don't think I could get her to take them. Anyone like/try a particular brand?

Also, is one year too young for a fish-oil/omega three supplement? She is allergic to eggs so now I am really allergy terrified (the hives were terrible)

We use the Carslon Baby D Drops. Each drop has 400 iu of vitamin D. I kept it by the bed and put one drop on my nipple before our night nursing session and she never noticed a thing!

It bought them here: http://www.vitacost.com/Carlson-Vita...F-088395019005

You should still be able to get the sun to synthesize vit D by sitting by a sunny window. Other than that, I'm no help

thanks for the site. I'm been so lazy to drive to whole foods to get them.
