Soo....I only have experience with circumcised adult penises. I understand how those penises work. I am having a boy in February and I have a few questions.
I found out a few years ago that little boys can get erections, too. (I always thought that boys could only get them after puberty!) I am under the assumption that when an adult male's uncirc'ed penis is erect, the foreskin will retract itself because the penis gets bigger...If a baby gets an erection and his foreskin is still unretractable...what happens?
Also...I have a daughter already, so I'm only used to yoni's. I carry her on my hip a lot. Wouldn't this hurt a baby boy's testicles? I know on a man it's a sensitive place, and I'm afraid of hurting my son.
Thanks!

Yes they get a little morning "woodie" as we call it. We practice EC, and things aren't cover up with a diaper all the time, so we notice this when he is sleepy and/or has to pee. The skin doesn't retract, but when it is hard there is no extra "baggy" skin anywhere. It's all tight. And it makes me wonder what a circ'd baby boy's penis is like when it is hard, do they have enough skin left to accommodate for their little erection? Poor little guys.

In some cases an erection will pull the foreskin all the way back for others it won't.
We wear our DS all the time and we have never had issues with his privates getting hurt.
