please help with charlie brown shirt

Hi!

I have never done a craft in my life, but have not been successful in finding a charlie brown shirt online that I think looks cute.

Does anyone have an easy suggestion for me on how to get that wavy line around a yellow shirt? I do not sew!

Or does anyone want to make me one for a fee? DS will be 18 months when Halloween rolls around but wears a 24 month old t-shirt for the most part.

I appreciate any help and please feel free to move this if another forum is more appropriate. Thank you!

LOL! Ok so a bald friend of ours dressed up as charlie Brown for Halloween and it was THE GREATEST COSTUME! He drew the curly piece of hair on his head w black marker. And wore black shorts a yellow shirt and used black electrical tape to make the zigzags.

Cost him all of .25 for the tape and he ended up minning 100 bucks for the best costume. It was great
