I second the vote for Astanga yoga! I did it all through the pregnancy and still do it, and I believe that's why my floopy belly got under control relatively quickly.

Ahhhh....just had a lovely meeting with my thesis supervisor. We met at a cafe, sat outside and ate mille feuilles and drank coffee, and, oh yeah - talked about the thesis! She's really pleased with the writing I've done, and is really excited about my work. That's great motivation. I almost feel like doing some work now, but I've got too much sugar in my system from all those pastries!

I am done with school until Sept. 20th. Although I didn't do as well as I could have this quarter at least I finished and my grades weren't that bad. Now, I just have to figure out what to do with my "free" time.

Peace,
Shelbi

Enjoy spending some uninterrupted time w/ your kids. Try not to get caught up in the mundane day to day details of parenting. Focus on the fun/cool/magical stuff as much as you can. Read some brain candy.

As fall gets closer and closer, and the inevitability of the trauma I know day care is going to be for DD at first, all I want to do is hug DD, or sit and watch her play.
