Milk tastes soapy?

My MIL has been watching my kiddos, 2 and 2 months, while i go to school 2 days a week..

Last night 2m/o wouldn't take a bottle.. MIL wondered if my milk was sour (she tasted it, bless her heart), and she said it tasted soapy.

What could cause this? Could it be leftover residue from the dishwasher? Something in my milk?

Do you steam your bottles? I would give that a try over simply placing them in the dishwasher and see if that helps.

Could be excess lipase. Scalding the milk can help with that. http://kellymom.com/bf/pumping/lipas...essedmilk.html
