polybraid or lastin?

I've used both in sewing diapers and I can't decide which i like better.

What do you use and why?

I dont know for sure what polybraid is but I have used joanns elastic in fleese covers & lastin in pul covers I like each for different reasons & each work great for what I use them for. Dont know if that was anyhelp though lol

After many many washes, I have found that my diapers made with lastin still have their spring. The ones made with polybraid have all lost their spring.
