I know a mama who was pregnant at her 6 week post partum checkup, no period at all. And I know mamas with condom babies, IUD babies, charting to avoid babies, bc pill babies, and vasectomy babies! If you're dtd there's usually a chance of a baby, though the chance may be vanishingly small.
I'm always jealous of women who talk about being cycle free for 18 or 24 months due to breastfeeding. Even when I was tandem nursing, co sleeping, no paci, pumping for donation, etc I got my cycles back around 9 months. With dd1 (no tandem) it was even sooner so I'm not counting on a long break this time either. But I can wish!

I didn't nurse my first, I EPed for 3 weeks, I didn't have a period for 3 months!
We are using the mini pill, the condom, and I am EBFing. I am hoping the three together will help me not get pregnant. I need to get to the Dr and schedule something more permanent.
I wouldn't go through with another pregnancy and knowing that, I need to be really careful. I just do not want to have to make that decision, KWIM?
Eta- I take my pill every morning before or at 9 AM never later.
